Check-in & check-out
All employees must check-in and check-out daily using the attendance device/software provided.
Failure to check-in/out will be counted as absent from Annual Leave.
Late check-in: counted after 10 minutes from operating hours start.
Early check-out: counted 10 minutes before operating hours close.
3 consecutive late check-in or early check-out → Warning letter
3 consecutive no-show without reporting → Termination

Emergency absence / unpaid leave
Limited to 2 days per month with reasonable excuse.
Without acceptable excuse → counted as Unpaid Leave.
Employee must inform employer before or at earliest opportunity.
Misconduct may lead to internal justification or HR action.

All leaves reviewed and approved by Manager or HR.
Manager/HR reserves right to reject any application.
Probation staff: limited to 1 day/month.
Annual Leave anniversary is on date of employment every year.
Unpaid Leave applies when existing PTO is exhausted, subject to admin approval.
